TransPRK offers a flap-free laser vision correction option that reshapes the cornea using a single-step laser process. Because it suits patients with thin corneas or active lifestyles, it provides an effective alternative to LASIK. With proper care and follow-up, patients can achieve improved vision and reduced dependence on glasses.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUSIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS

1. Service includes TransPRK procedure for both eyes including surgeon professional services. 2. The final net amount may be reduced after applicable discounts, such as Senior Citizen or PWD benefits. 3. This procedure is performed under local/topical anesthesia. 4. Facility fees and diagnostic tests, are billed separately and are paid directly by the patient. 5. Post-op medicines and three post-procedure follow-up visits within six months are included. 6. Final treatment plan requires complete ophthalmic evaluation and diagnostic testing. Visual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. 7. When applicable, PhilHealth pre-approval is required. Insurance or HMO cases require an approved letter of authority or guarantee letter before the procedure. 8. A daily hospital room rate charge applies to all admissions when required and is billed separately by the hospital based on room type and length of stay.

Inclusion applies to qualified patients and active soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Philippine Army, Philippine Navy including the Marine Corps, and Philippine Air Force, subject to medical clearance. 3. Your ophthalmologist confirms suitability through a complete eye examination and diagnostic tests. 4. Fees may vary based on refractive error, technology, and required medications. 5. Results vary because healing response and compliance differ per person. 6. Enhancement procedures are not automatically included unless stated in your package. 7.
