Posterior segment photography is a fast, non-contact eye imaging test that documents the retina and optic nerve. It helps detect and monitor retinal and optic nerve conditions over time. The procedure is safe, painless, and supports accurate eye care decisions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUSIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS

1. Service includes non-contact photographic imaging of the posterior segment. 2. Professional interpretation by an ophthalmologist is required for clinical decisions. 3. Fees may vary if pupil dilation or additional imaging is needed. 4. Imaging supports diagnosis but does not replace a complete eye examination. 5. Image quality depends on pupil size, media clarity, and patient cooperation. 6. Test may be deferred in cases of severe eye infection or poor fixation. 7. Treatment and medications are not included.

1. Service includes non-contact retinal photography and image storage. 2. Interpretation by the ophthalmologist is required for diagnosis and management. 3. Fees may vary when combined with dilation or other diagnostics. 4. Image quality depends on pupil size and patient cooperation. 5. Dilation may be recommended but is not always included. 6. Screening images do not replace full dilated examination. 7. Treatment and prescriptions are not included.
