OVERVIEW

Fundus Photo is a fast, non-contact retinal imaging test that takes detailed pictures of the back of the eye. It helps detect and monitor diabetic, macular, and optic nerve disease. The images create a lasting record that supports accurate diagnosis and follow-up.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUSIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS

1. Service includes non-contact retinal photography and image storage. 2. Interpretation by the ophthalmologist is required for diagnosis and management. 3. Fees may vary when combined with dilation or other diagnostics. 4. Image quality depends on pupil size and patient cooperation. 5. Dilation may be recommended but is not always included. 6. Screening images do not replace full dilated examination. 7. Treatment and prescriptions are not included.

It helps detect and monitor diabetic eye disease, glaucoma risk, macular problems, and other retinal changes. The test is non-invasive, comfortable, and useful for long-term eye health tracking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUSIONS, AND EXCLUSIONS

1. Service includes standard color retinal photography of the back of the eye. 2. No official reading is provided. Professional interpretation by the attending ophthalmologist is required. 3. Fees may vary if dilation, repeat imaging, or bundled diagnostics are needed. 4. Imaging supports documentation and monitoring but does not replace full eye examination. 5. Image quality depends on pupil size, media clarity, and patient fixation. 6. Test may be deferred in active eye infection or severe light sensitivity. 7.
