Final suitability depends on ophthalmologist examination and surface health status. 3. Fees cover one site in one eye only. 4. Fees may vary based on lesion size, complexity, and required medications. 5. Service does not include unrelated diagnostics or treatment of other eye diseases. 6. Procedure may be deferred with active infection or uncontrolled inflammation. 7. Additional medicines or visits may be required for proper healing. 8. Recurrence risk and healing response vary per patient.
