1. Service includes automated non-contact vision risk screening only. 2. Results are screening indicators and do not replace a full eye examination. 3. Professional clinical correlation by the ophthalmologist is required. 4. Fees may vary when combined with other diagnostic services. 5. Accuracy depends on patient fixation and cooperation. 6. Screening may be repeated if image quality is insufficient. 7. Definitive diagnosis and prescriptions are not included.
