Meibomian gland expression is an in-clinic eyelid treatment that clears blocked oil glands to improve tear stability. It helps reduce dry eye symptoms, irritation, and fluctuating vision. 1. Service includes eyelid assessment and mechanical gland expression. 2. Treatment scope depends on clinical findings and patient tolerance. 3. Fees may vary based on severity and combination with other dry eye therapies. 4. Physician evaluation is required before and after the procedure. 5. Service does not replace full dry eye diagnostic workup when indicated. 6. Procedure may be postponed with active eyelid infection or acute inflammation. 7. Additional sessions may be required for sustained benefit.
