HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
We encourage patients to schedule appointments to reduce waiting time and ensure adequate time for consultation and tests.

WALK-INS
Walk-in visits are accepted, but waiting time may vary depending on scheduled patients and ongoing cases. For urgent eye concerns (sudden vision loss, eye injury, severe pain), please notify the clinic as soon as possible.
PATIENT PRIVACY AND RECORDS
We protect patient privacy and handle medical information responsibly. We may request basic patient information to ensure safe care, accurate medical records, and appropriate follow-up.
If you have concerns about data privacy, our team will explain what information is needed, why it is needed, and how it is protected.
INSURANCE, PHILHEALTH, AND HMOS
If you have PhilHealth and/or an HMO, pre-approval and the appropriate documents are required whenever available. This may include:
- PhilHealth eligibility and pre-approval (when applicable)
- HMO Letter of Authorization (LOA)
- Valid government ID
- Other documents required by the hospital or insurer
Coverage varies by provider and policy. Our staff can help guide you on requirements, but final approval is decided by your insurer.
PAYMENTS AND FEES
Professional fees and service fees are explained before procedures whenever possible. Some costs (such as hospital charges, room rates, diagnostics, and implants) may be billed separately by the hospital or facility.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand schedules change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
